Fantastic and professional! The weather was a potential problem but they were in contact the whole time. They were on time and the slide was extremely clean. You can tell they take care of their rentals. They will definitely be who we call first for future rentals!

Rented a slide bounce house combo for my son’s second birthday. There was a bogo day deal for spring break and when trying to rent it on the website, that deal wasn’t presenting at checkout. I messaged with questions and they were very responsive and informative. I was told when I placed the reservation they would reflect it to show for both days and they did immediately. Their set up process was quick and answered all questions we had, pick up was the same way. Very prompt and professional, will be renting from them again for the next party. 100% recommend

Great service! Really worked with us on a day that was iffy with the weather and we were all able to have a blast with a foam party for my 7 year olds birthday, he brings music too! I would definitely recommend goggles, as the bubbles can burn your eyes a bit!

Riley's inflatables is the BEST around! We reserved two of the 6 foot tables and 15 chairs in addition to the inflatable bounce house for my nephew's birthday, and it was perfect! The owner arrived well ahead of our schedule reserve time and even provided a late pick up, which was awesome! The kids loved it! The reservation process was also so easy. I was able to pay the deposit at reservation, and pay the remaining balance right before the party, which was perfect timing! The owner is very professional and communicates every step of the process and reservation along the way. We will definitely be working with Riley's inflatable's for our next party! Thank you again!!

Bounce house was super clean, delivered and set up on time, cotton candy machine was explained, easy to use. And didn't have to clean it. Tables and chairs looked brand new and the entire package was the a great deal. All the kids had fun while all the adults got to visit and not worry.

I stumbled on Riley’s inflatables website at the last minute trying to plan my baby’s first birthday. The booking was fast, it was affordable, and easy. Riley confirmed via phone and email not once but twice which is so helpful for a crazy mama trying to party plan!!!
He was punctual on the day of the party and came prepared with my inflatable and other rentals.
I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Riley. He was so helpful and kind in the entire process.
In a world where customer service is greatly falling short, RILEY WAS SPOT ON!!! I’d give 10 stars if I could. Thank you again.

This company was the super heroes of the day/ weekend. We reserved a waterslide from mid Florida inflatables 3 week in advance for a 4 years old birthday party, in them 3 week they were wishy-washy about the slide we wanted, then 2 days before the party the slide reserved he could bring but had a buddy with slides and knew the area where live so it would be easier for him to bring a slide, gave us 3 to choose from we picked it they told us it would to.late to bring out Friday evening because they wouldn't get home until midnight and asked if it would be ok to drop it if off between 830 and 10 Saturday morning, we said of course 945 Saturday they called and canceled because it wasn't worth delivering the slide for 350.00. So we called Rileys and they were here with an hour and a half. They rented us the blue hurricane this was by far the best waterslide ever. These people were so sweet and professional I am beyond please with them we will be renting from them from now on. I will refer them to all my friends and family or whoever I hear talking about renting. Thank you Riley's inflatables for saving the weekend and for the best birthday party ever.

We had the bounce house and water slide combo for 4 hours. Some of the kids never came in the house the entire party. It was a huge hit. Professional set-up and removal. Basically, all you do is order it, supply water and kids. Highly recommend!

They showed up on time with the water slide we rented, they put it up while we were finishing up the prep for our party, they made sure it was just perfect and left us to have it for the day. They called to give me a 15 minute warning that they were coming to get it. Again, quiet and professional service. This slide was a hit for our party and I would definitely rent from them again!

Riley's inflatables Service was great! Customer service was on point! Text messages with paid received, phone call night before with arrival time, very prompt, extended our time with slide 24 hours and was super easy to accommodate. We have rented from many inflatable companies in the past, Riley's was by far the cleanest slides I have EVER rented! I highly recommend Riley's Inflatables. He wad there nice and early and had everything set up very quickly. And his jump house was so nice and in the best condition. We were worried about the space we had if it was going to be level enough and he made sure we were set up in the best place. My kids had the best day and we will definitely being using his company again. 20 out of 10 stars.
